AI Agent Development
Cypherox provides AI agent development services for companies that want software to finish multi-step tasks, not just suggest them. Every agent works with scoped tool access, human approval where the stakes are high, and a full log of what it did.

What Cypherox Offers
We design agents around one clear job, the systems they may touch, and the points where a person decides. As an AI agent development company, we build four types of agents.
Agents that take on repetitive back-office tasks such as document intake, reconciliation, and report assembly, and hand off anything unusual.
Agents that resolve customer requests by acting in your systems, such as updating an order or opening a ticket, not just replying.
Several specialized agents that split a larger workflow into roles, pass work between each other, and report to a supervising agent.
Connecting agents to your ERP, CRM, ticketing, and data systems through APIs, with credentials limited to what each task needs.
Many operational tasks follow a pattern but still need several systems and a few judgment calls. We build agents that plan these steps, use the tools they are allowed to use, and pause for approval when a step carries financial or legal weight. Anything outside the agent's rules goes to a person with full context.
A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also act, for example by changing a delivery address, issuing a credit within a set limit, or booking a callback. As an AI agent development company, we define exactly which actions each agent may take and when it must hand over to your staff.
Some workflows are too broad for one agent to handle reliably. In agentic AI development, we split the work between specialized agents, such as one that gathers information, one that drafts, and one that checks, with a supervising agent coordinating the sequence. Each agent has its own permissions, so a fault in one role is easier to contain.
An agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach. We connect agents to ERP, CRM, ticketing, and data platforms through APIs and tool calling, using credentials limited to each task. Every integration is tested in a sandbox before the agent touches live data.
Autonomy without limits is a liability. These four controls are part of how we design every agent, including agents that must meet GDPR requirements for personal data.
How Cypherox Deliver Agents
The hardest part of an agent project is deciding what the agent may do. We settle that first, then build, test, and release in controlled steps.
We pick one process, document its steps, and agree which actions the agent may take alone and which need approval.
We define the APIs, data sources, and credentials the agent needs, keeping access to the minimum the task requires.
We build the agent and test it against real examples from your process until its results meet the acceptance criteria we agreed with you.
The agent goes live on a limited share of work, with a person approving its actions until it meets the agreed standard.
We track completed tasks, escalations, and errors, and adjust prompts, tools, or permissions as your process and systems change.
Agent Technology
We choose models and frameworks per project based on task complexity, data location, and cost. Each layer below is chosen during the access design stage.
Language models selected for reasoning quality, speed, cost, and where your data may be processed.
Orchestration libraries that manage planning, memory, tool use, and coordination between agents.
API connectors and tool definitions that link agents to your business systems.
Testing and tracing tools that record agent behavior before and after release.
Agent Technology
We select models and frameworks per project based on task complexity, data location, and cost, then connect them to your systems through controlled, auditable integrations.
Feedback from operations, support, and product teams on what changed after they handed real, recurring work to agents built by Cypherox, in their own words.
"Hi, my name is Gabrielle, and I'd like to share my experience working with Cypherox Technologies on one of the mobile apps and websites I built with them. The team members at Cypherox Technologies were attentive, diligent, communicative and very, very bright. I had an amazing experience working with them and I highly recommend."
"I'm Britney and I'm the head of conversion optimization for Acadia, a digital marketing agency. I've had the pleasure of working with the Cypherox team for over two, going on three years now. They're fast, hardworking and really diligent developers. They're really reliable, skilled developers and have been a great partner and a pleasure to work with."
"Hey I'm Brian and I recently worked with Cypherox Technologies who developed an e-commerce platform. For me, working with Cypherox Technologies was truly an excellent experience. I recently collaborated with them to design and develop the custom e-commerce platform from the Groundhog and their expertise was evident from day one."
"Hi, I'm Becke. I've had the pleasure of working with Cypherox Technologies on a recent web development project. It was a custom, heavy CRM and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The product was delivered on time and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was done so that we understood the process. It was just, it was brilliant. It was really, really good service. So yeah, absolutely brilliant; I'd recommend it. Thank you so much. Thank you."
"I would highly recommend working with Cypherox Technologies if you need a custom CRM platform. They always exceed their clients' expectations at every stage of the project. Their team designs and builds fully customized ecommerce platforms from the ground up, approaching every project with remarkable skill and dedication."

Discuss Your ProcessA chatbot answers questions from approved content, while RPA follows fixed steps in existing software. An AI agent works toward a goal, decides its next step, and acts in your systems within set permissions. For answer-only needs, see AI chatbot development; for fixed rules, see business process automation.
Agents can work with systems that offer an API or another controlled access route, such as ERP, CRM, helpdesk, document storage, and internal databases. We confirm the access method for each system during the tool and data access design stage.
Each agent receives a written list of permitted actions and credentials limited to those actions. Actions with financial, legal, or customer impact wait for human approval. You can tighten or loosen these limits as the agent's track record builds.
Yes. Every tool call, its inputs, its result, and the agent's stated reasoning are logged. Your team can review any task step by step, which supports internal audits and incident reviews and helps us refine the agent over time.
Hosting is decided per project. Options can include model providers' EU regions or self-hosted models in your own cloud, depending on your data protection requirements under GDPR. We confirm the hosting setup before any personal or confidential data is connected.
It can, depending on what the agent does. Agents used in areas such as recruitment or employee monitoring may fall into the high-risk category, and customer-facing agents carry transparency duties. We map these points technically during scoping; your legal team confirms the classification.
We test agents against real examples from your process, including unusual cases and attempts to misuse them, in a sandbox with test data. The agent then handles a limited share of live work with human approval until it meets the criteria we agreed with you.
Cost depends on the number of steps in the process, how many systems the agent must connect to, the approval and logging requirements, and hosting choices. We provide a scoped estimate after mapping the process with you.
